Agency Reports To Congress About Fee Demo and FLREA

Under Fee Demo the federal agencies were required to produce an annual report showing fee revenue and expenses down to the project level. Since FLREA was enacted in 2004 they are only required to report every three years and financial details are only at the overall agency level.
