One of the key points on RSFMP: Pasquantino (OMB) made $93 million in fee receipts available to implement the plans because it’s logical, transparent, and makes sense

One really big issue is the FS using $93 million in Rec Fee receipts to implement the RSFMP. That's almost two years of fee receipts with the end result being reduced rec oppertunities. It's like having to buy the rope your going to be hung with. $93 Million is almost two years TOTAL fee intake for the entire Nation Forest System. here to read the whole story!
